Realm Server Rules

The official rulebook for the LibertyCraft Realm. By joining the server, you agree to obey the Constitution and all laws below.

Core Rules

Respect Players

No harassment, hate speech, threats, or excessive toxicity.

No Cheating

No hacked clients, x-ray, dupes, exploits, auto clickers, fly hacks, kill aura, or any unfair advantages.

No Griefing or Theft

Destroying or stealing property is illegal unless during approved wars or raids.

Killing Laws

Murder is illegal. Killing is only allowed during:

• Wars
• Duels
• Self-defense
• Authorized PvP zones

No random killing or spawn killing. Killing players simply for being near your home or base is not considered self-defense and is punishable.

Government & Law

• The President is elected democratically.
• Presidents may only serve 2 terms.
• Corrupt voting, bribery, and election fraud are illegal.
• The Legislature creates laws.
• The Judiciary handles trials.

Prison System

Criminals may face:

• Jail
• Fines
• Property seizure
• Exile
• Permanent bans

No Lag Machines

Anything designed to lag or crash the server is prohibited.

Respect Staff

Do not interfere with investigations or evade punishments.

Common Sense

Staff may punish harmful behavior not explicitly listed here.

Land Claiming — End & Nether

• Claiming land in the End is not permitted — the End is a shared PvP and resource zone open to all players.
• Attempting to use the End or Nether as a permanent base to avoid PvP rules or grief other players is a punishable offense.

Server Law

Major crimes include:

• Murder
• Treason
• Griefing
• Theft
• Hacking
• Corruption
• Prison escapes
• Election manipulation

By joining the Realm, you agree to obey the Constitution and laws of the server.

Ticket System

Tickets are for serious issues only — bugs, rule violations, reports, and legitimate player concerns. Do not open tickets for trivial matters, jokes, or anything that does not require staff attention. Abuse of the ticket system will result in your ticket access being revoked.

🚫 Staff Pinging Rule

Do not ping staff or management for support. This especially goes for pinging [President] Dmorgs81 or [VP] STNPlayz. If you need assistance with a player, a bug, or server issues, use the proper support channels or open a ticket. Constantly pinging staff or DMing team members directly will result in a warn or a kick from the Discord. Let the team work so we can get updates out faster!
